City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. ] 747 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />AND AWARDING CONTRACT <br />CRYSTAL BAY SANITARY SEWER PROJECT 85-1 <br />WHEREAS, on March 15, 1985, several bids were received, <br />opened and tabulated according to law pursuant to an <br />advertisement for bids for construction of the sanitary sewer in <br />the Crystal Bay area and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends that A.R.I. <br />Contracting Inc. is the lowEst responsible bidder for this <br />improvement; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Orono, Minnesota <br />1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to enter <br />into a cc-itract with A.R.I. Contracting Inc. in the name <br />of the City of Orono, according to the plans and <br />specifications therefore approved by the City Council and <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2.
