'-'avik has modified his request of one month ago. He is now <br />requesting a variance for his lot on Webb Street. The size of the lot Is 17,600 <br />sq. ft. The lot meets the 100' width requirement for a RI-D zone. Since there <br />is a home both to the east and west of the lot in question, and despite the fact <br />that Mr. Slavik owns lot 18, it seems reasonable to grant his variance from the <br />lot area requirement since this lot is as big or begger than many lots on this <br />particular block, and since this plat existed before the present zoning ordin- <br />ance. <br />DM/ Ig <br />
