0 <br />0 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 920 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED COMMERCIAL <br />BUILDING ADDITION FOR TONKAWEST DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has adopted certain zoning <br />regulations for the health, safety, welfare and orderly development <br />of land within Orono; and <br />WHEREAS, those regulations require specific City Council <br />approval of any commercial building or addition within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application <br />of TonkaWest Development for an addition to the existing office <br />building at 2477 Shadywood Road; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby approves the plans for the addition subject <br />to the following: <br />1. City Engineer's approval and conditions for all <br />drainage controls. <br />2. Hennepin County Highway Department approval of <br />driveway location and design. <br />3. Conformity to all State Building Code requirements <br />and issuance of building permit by City Inspector. <br />4. Payment of one additional commercial water unit of <br />$870.00. <br />5. Payment of three additional sewer connection units <br />at $225.00/each for the sum of $675.00. <br />6.
