Ms. Jeanne Mabus t h�� <br />January 30, 1985 <br />Page Two <br />I believe that the tax parcels for the two tracts <br />have existed independently since my parents acquired the <br />property in 1941. <br />My proposal would be to have a lot rearrangement <br />whereby the farmhouse would be combined with the remainder <br />of Parcel A. No new building sites would be created because <br />the largest portion of Parcel A already exists as an independent <br />tract of property. <br />Ac•curdingly, the only transactions required would <br />be the granting by my parents of an easement to the Winstons <br />for the access road to replace the access road granted to <br />the Winstons when their tract was created. Tt'e lot line <br />rearrangement would then be effected giving the Wildmans an <br />access easement to Parcel B. <br />I am enclosing an application appropriate for the <br />transaction described above. <br />Sincerely, <br />Thomas M.
