Also, the <br />City Council gave preliminary approval to the FVn1,/ "osheske <br />sub -division with several conditions. Each one of the conditions <br />contained in the preliminary approval has to be satisfied before the <br />City Council will approve the final sub -division. <br />I believe everyone from the neighborhood who attended the City <br />Council meeting would agree that the only way we can protect White <br />Oak Circle is to form a homeowners assocation. A statement <br />regarding mandatory membership in the association would have to be <br />included in the property title of each lot to ensure control and <br />responsibility of each homeowner in the association. The <br />Declaration and By -Laws of the 6ssociation would be drafted, with <br />everyone's input, in a manner tha` would protect the raid. <br />As we discussed at cur last neighborhood meeting, legal expenses <br />would run r x-)ghly $1,000 to establish the association, plus a small <br />fee for the Prorerty Title adjustment to reflect the mat-datery <br />membership (roWILly $200 in total for all lots as per followup <br />meeting with Pcry, the attorney, and myself). <br />Before we give the attorney the green light to ,)roceed, it would be <br />to everyone's best interest to sign a release tlat indicates each <br />family's approval to proceed with the establishrr�nt of the <br />association and advance a deposit against the qu)ted legal expense. <br />Please sign and indicate belru your family's approval or disapproval <br />in the establishment of the association. If approval is indicated, <br />please also enclose a check payable to the "white Oak Circle <br />H ineowner's Assocation" in the am rant of $100. Please return the <br />signed release and deposit to me by October 23rd.
