' 9.4 0 <br />FROM: Tom Kuehn, Finance Director <br />DATE: April 5, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: Financing Crystal Bay Improvement Project <br />The attached information regarding the financing of the Crystal <br />Bay sanitary sewer improvement project was prepared for us by <br />Ehlers and Associates. The financing options shown are for <br />assessments of 100%, 75%, 66 2/3%, and 50%. The balance in each <br />projection will be covered by the Ci'.�y in the form of an ad <br />valorem levy on all taxable property. <br />I will be present at the Council meeting on Monday, April 8, <br />1985, to go over the schedules with Council. <br />Carolyn Drude, a representative from Ehlers, will be at the <br />public hearing on April 22, 1985, to present the financing <br />information to the public and to answer questions. <br />
