Mabusth, Zoning Administ for <br />Date: April 4, 1985 <br />Subject: Review of amended site plan and building plan of proposed <br />sanctuary for Calvary Memorial Church <br />The Church has asked that Council review the amended plans for <br />the new sanctuary. The earlier plans reviewed with application ##764 <br />(Conditional. Use Permit and variance) showed an addition of 81' x <br />1041. The current plans propose a reduced structure of 52.4' x 84.8. <br />The seating rapacity has been reduced from 524 to 414. They have <br />submitte•3 new building pla ,long with the other changes. Staff sees <br />no problem with the amend i_ldiny and site plans. <br />
