City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES AND BOUNDS <br />CLASS I SUBDIVISION FOR THOMAS CROSBY - FILE 1894 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopter': <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br />development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application <br />for a subdivision by Thomas N,. Crosby (hereinafter "the subdivider") <br />of a property legally described in Exhibit A attached to this <br />resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of <br />the City, for a metes and bounds Class I subdivision, including: <br />1. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation Easement <br />providing for limitations on the use of wetlands located <br />within Parcel A as shown on the certificate of survey by Vernon <br />A. Nickol:-, dated November 28, 1984, and revised March 18, <br />1985, and attached to this resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division for Thomas <br />M. Crosby according to the legal descriptions shown on the certificate <br />of survey by Vernon A. Nickol.s, dated November 29, 1984, and revised <br />March 18, 1985, and attached to this resolution subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. Parcel A and Parcel C, as described on the certificate of <br />survey attached to this resolution, shall be legally combined <br />for tax purposes by the applicant. <br />2. This resolution, the attached legal description and <br />certificate of survey and the above referenced deed shall be <br />filed with the Hennepin County Recorder's office on or before <br />October 8, 1985. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the <br />division has not been filed by the date specified above. In that <br />event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of <br />Orono for subdivision review. <br />1985.
