The owners of Lots 1 and 2, Block 3, Partenwood, <br />must execute and file in the chain of title of the <br />property an open space conservation easement over <br />Outlot A listing the requirements of 1, 2 and 3 above. <br />5. The initial construction of a dock, whether permanent <br />or seasonal, is subject to a standard building permit <br />which may be issued only upon execution and filing of <br />the conservation easement. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council at their regular meeting of June 29, 1978. <br />illiam B.
