0 RESOLUTION NO. 906 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A SUBDIVISION FOR CONLEY BROOKS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City council of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe <br />development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 884 approved the <br />application for a subdivision plat by Conley Brooks, the sub- <br />divider, subject to the recording of certain documents; and <br />WHEREAS, Conley Brooks has duly filed in proper form and <br />within the designated time all five of the documents described <br />in Resolution No. 884 and therefore all of the conditions of <br />Resolution No. 884 have been fulfilled; and <br />WHEREAS, there was a discrepancy between the legal descrip- <br />tions of West and Middle Tracts of the subdivided property <br />attached to Resolution No. 884 as Exhibit B and the survey <br />attached to said Resolution as Exhibit A; and <br />WHEREAS, the legal descriptions on Exhibit A are correct <br />and the legal descriptions on Exhibit B are incorrect; and <br />WHEREAS, -the City Council for the City of Orono wishes to <br />confirm that with respect to the property now correctly described <br />on Exhibit B attached hereto, Conley Brooks has fulfilled all of <br />the platting and subdividing requirements of the City of Orono. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that <br />the City of Orono hereby unconditionally <br />bounds subdivision as shown on Exhibit A <br />on Exhibit B. <br />Dated this 15 <br />ATTEST: <br />day of _ <br />the City Council of <br />approves the metes and <br />and as legally described <br />Walter R. son, Clerk/Administrator <br />, 1-!d y U i <br />
