C <br />-1.10 .. <br />A. To move the MUSA line now, to correspond with the <br />MUSA line as shown on Exhibit A. <br />B. To move the MSSR line now, to correspond with the <br />MSSR line as shown on Exhibit A. <br />C. To move the Interceptor Sewer Service line to <br />correspond with the Interceptor Sewer Service Area line as <br />shown on Exhibit A. <br />D. To amend the Orono Systems Statement to reflect <br />the move of the MUSA line, MSSR line and the Interceptor Sewer <br />Service Area line as shown on Exhibit A so that the new loca- <br />tion may be used as a basis for the completion of the City of <br />Orono's Comprehensive Land Use Plan in compliance with the <br />Land Use Planning Act. This amendment would be consistent <br />with the Orono Systems Statement proposed by Sandy Dean, the <br />staff consultant to the Metropolitan Council, dated May 10, <br />1977, and transmitted to the City of Orono on May 11, 1977. <br />E. To approve and adopt the April, 1977 Comprehen- <br />sive Sewer Plan as an interim plan until the final adoption <br />of the Comprehensive Land Use Plan pursuant to the Land Use <br />Planning Act in 1980, and to use in the review of this plan <br />the Metropolitan Council Review proposed by Sandy Dean, dated <br />June 13, 1977, and transmitted to the City of Orono on June <br />15, 1977, attached hereto and incorporated hereby by reference <br />as Exhibit B. <br />F. To review the existing Systems Statement to con- <br />form with the above noted Systems Statement and Review of the <br />City of Orono's Interim Comprehensive Sewer Plan by Metropolitan <br />Council staff member Sandy Dean. <br />G. Agree that the ultimate design capacity, <br />expressed in flow, residential population and number of <br />residential dwelling units, of the Orono pumping station, <br />Long Lake pumping station and the Orono municipal pumping <br />stations of the Orono -Long Lake interceptor, as determined <br />in Addendum No. 3 of the Preliminary Engineering Report for <br />the Orono -Long Lake interceptor dated November, 1977, is as <br />follows: <br />(1) Orono Pumping Station total capacity: <br />a.
