<br />We have reviewed the bids received on the Crystal Bay Sanitary Sewer Improve-
<br />ment Project and would recommend award to A.R.I. Contracting, Inc, for the bid
<br />amount of $691,587.65. We have worked with the low bidder on projects in the
<br />past and feel that he can satisfactorily complete the project.
