(Above space reserved for Recording Information) <br />THIS PERMANENT SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT is made this <br />day of —M 41Q -1 202_1 by and between County of Hennepin, a political <br />subdivision of t e State of Minnesota, ("Grantor") and the Metropolitan Council, a <br />public corporation and political subdivision of the State of Minnesota ("Grantee") <br />(each individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the <br />"Parties"). <br />Whereas, Grantor is the owner is the fee owner of real property that is legally <br />described on the attached Exhibit ('Property); and <br />Whereas, Grantee is constructing and installing a sanitary sewer interceptor <br />pipeline and related sewer infrastructure known as MCES 8567 FM Channel <br />Crossing Replacement for which it needs a permanent sanitary sewer easement over, <br />under, through and across portions of Grantor's Property, <br />Whereas, Grantor and Grantee are parties to that certain permit no. 17160 <br />("Permit") for the installation and maintenance of sanitary sewer facilities and the <br />Grantor and Grantee desire to replace the Permit with this Easement. <br />NOW THEREFORE, for valuable consideration, the Parties agree as follows: <br />L Grant of Easement. Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar and other <br />good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to Grantee, its agents, <br />contractors, permittees, successors and assigns, the following described easement, <br />Project MCES 8567 Forcemain Replacement at Channel Crossings I of 14 <br />Hennepin County —08.1 17,23.34.0061 <br />E, VA <br />
