Appendix 5 <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br />Lake Access Model Parking Agreement <br />This Agreement is made between the Lake Minnetonka Conservation District <br />(LMCD) and the ( ) both public corporations organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS the LMCD and ( ) are jointly concerned with <br />providing public boating access to Lake Minnetonka, meeting the Parking Standards for <br />Lake Minnetonka, and <br />WHEREAS the LMCD and ( ) recognize that a goal of 700 <br />car/trailer spaces will be provided in the vicinity of present and future access sites <br />around the lake on as equitable a basis as possible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by the LMCD and <br />that the conditions for car/trailer parking for the public access <br />identified on the checklist identified as Exhibit "A" and Parking Site Plan identified as <br />Exhibit <br />"B" meet Parking Standards on the checklist as indicated. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the LMCD and ( ) have caused this <br />agreement to be duly executed this day of <br />LAKE MINNETONKA <br />CONSERVATION DISTRICT: AGENCY/CITY: <br />Lo <br />Page 17 269 <br />
