LMCD PARKING STANDARDS FOR LAKE MINNETONKA PUBLIC ACCESSES <br />6. All on -street spaces should meet the following additional standards: <br />6.1 Minimum length of 50 feet per space. <br />6.2 Adequate shoulder width to preclude door opening into a traffic lane and to provide a safe <br />route to the access point. <br />6.3 Of the total non -designated (non -signed) on -street parking spaces, only 80% are considered to <br />be reliable in order to account for non -access related public parking. <br />6.4 Designated and signed on -street car/trailer parking spaces will be counted 100% for car/trailer <br />use. <br />6.5 On -street car/trailer parking spaces must be illustrated on a plan by street name on file with <br />the LMCD. <br />Page 15 <br />267 <br />
