MINNEHAHA CREEK I <br />QUALITY OF WATER <br />WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />QUALITY OF LIFE <br />stormwater design, in addition to the WCA review should be substantially final by this date <br />for MCWD staff to mail the notice. <br />- January 22, 2026: Plans should be reviewed, finalized, and found either to meet applicable <br />requirements or to be sufficient to support a possible proposed variance or exception, at <br />Least three weeks in advance of the meeting. <br />- February 12, 2026: MCWD staff presents the permit application to the MCWD Board of <br />Managers. <br />At your discretion, it may be helpful in the coming weeks to discuss any adjustments in the design <br />that are proposed as a result of further agency review, such as the upcoming planning commission, <br />and to do so in a cross -agency meeting with the DNR, City of Orono, and MCWD, to help streamline <br />the next steps in these approval processes. <br />MCWD staff look forward to receiving updated submittals.
