4. Prohibited Uses. <br />Any uses which are not Permitted or Conditional Uses as <br />regulated by the applicable zoning district underlying this <br />shoreland overlay district as indicated on the official zoning <br />map of the City. <br />III. ZONING PROVISIONS <br />A) The following standards shall apply to all shorelands of the <br />protected waters listed in Section II of this Oruinance within the <br />City.
