<br />I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
<br />A) Statutory Authorization: This ordinance is aaupteki pursuant ;,ne

<br />and in furticrance of the policies declared in Minnesota Statutes
<br />1976, Chap—i-s 105,115,116 and 462.
