City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />5. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of <br />the plat, easements and covenants in the amount of $75.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Counci 1 <br />of the City of Orono hereby approves the F lat of Breckenridge, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Prior to the City issuing a building permit for new <br />residence on Lot 2, Block 1 Breckenridge, the future owner <br />must submit the following to the City: <br />a) Copy of executed Metropolitan waste Control <br />Commission permit for connection to metro owned sewer <br />line. <br />b) Access permit from Hennepin County Highway <br />Department. <br />2. Payment of $225.00 sewer unit charge with building <br />permit. <br />3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Registrar of Titles of the County of Hennepin on or <br />before August 25, 19F5 together with a certified original. <br />copy of this Resolution and executed copies of the easements <br />and covenants noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br />the plat has not been filed by the date specified above. In that <br />event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the <br />City of Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, this <br />25th day of February, 1985. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
