City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />BRECKENRIDGE <br />FILE NO. 872 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and eyist ing under the laws of thF State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono <br />(hereinafter "City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations <br />for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Counr.i1 has considered the <br />application for a subdivision by the Breckenridge Development <br />Corporation, a Minnesota Corporation, the subdivider; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all <br />standards of the RR-1B zoning district finding that each lot is <br />of a size and configuration that will allow its use as a single <br />family residence to be fully developed without the need of any <br />variances; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 1697 on <br />November 13, 1964 approving a special exception to Rural sewage <br />Treatment Policy No. 7 of Orono's Comprehensive Sewer Policy <br />permitting one sewer connection for Lot 2, Block 1 Breckenridge; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, tic subdivider has completed all requirements <br />of the platting regulations of the City, incluCing: <br />1. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility easements. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of rights -of -way for public <br />roads, shown as County Road No. 51 and County Road No. 84. <br />3. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation <br />Easement providing for limitations on the use of drainage - <br />ways described therein and shown on the plat as "drainage <br />easements". <br />4. Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br />amount of $200.00. <br />
