A report on the Council by the Office of the Legislative Auditor <br />will be discussed. <br />House Local and Urban Affairs Committee - Tuesday, Feb. 19, noon, Room 200, <br />State office ui ding. Council Chair Sandra Gardebring will testjfy on the <br />legislative auditor's report on the Council. <br />Expanded Metropolitan Waste Management Advisory Committee - Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2 <br />p.m., Council Chambers.— The committee will review the Council's solid waste <br />actions and activities, and the solid waste guide hearing record. <br />Aggregate Resources Advisory Committee - Tuesday, Feb. 19, 3:30 p.m., <br />Conference Rooms C and D. The committee will considr the legislative charge <br />requiring it to formulate a procedure for ideWt ying the degree of protection <br />needed to ensure the long-term availability of aggregate resources. <br />Metropolitan Systems Committee - Tuesday, Feb. 19, 3:30 p.m., Conference Room <br />ittee will review the revised recreation open space capital <br />improvement program for fiscal years 1986-87. It will also discuss <br />transportation policy plan issues related to the light rail transit analysis. <br />Regional Transit Board - Tuesday, Feb. 19, 4:30 p.m., Council Chambers. T{•.e <br />board will hear a report from its Administration and Finance Committee <br />reviewing the MTC tax anticipation bond issue, an amendment to the Strgar- <br />Roscoe-Fausch Contract, and a financial statement. The board will also hear <br />the report of the Committee of the Whole on transit improvements in the three <br />corridors, and a report by the Policy Committee. <br />Arts Advisory Board - Tuesday, Feb. 19, 5:15 p.m., Conference Room E.
