shall in no way reflect upon the variance of monthly gross <br />proceeds of the games of chance, but shall be contingtmt <br />upon actual space usage incurred by the games of chant: and <br />the patrons thereof. <br />3. Both parties agree to comply with all Federal, State <br />and local laws pertaining to the conduct of games of chance, <br />4. First party agrees that only one eligible organization <br />at a time may operate on the above stated premises and that <br />this premises shall be subject to rules provided by time <br />Minnesota State Charitable Gambling Control Board and house <br />rules compatible with Minnesota State Law agreed upon by the <br />first and second party. <br />S. In accordance with all State law governing charitable <br />games of chance, the first party agrees that any relative, <br />employee or agent of the first party as stipulated in the <br />State law governing charitable games of chance shall <br />not participate in selling, distributing, conducting, <br />assisting or playing of lawful games of chance at the site <br />herein leased. Further, no emplovee nor spouse of an <br />employee of the second party shall participate in the purchase <br />of lawful games of chance at the site herein leased. <br />6. Lawful games of chance shall take place on the leased <br />premises during time the leased establishment is open for the <br />lawful sale of alcoholic beverages during regular business <br />hours mutually agreed upon by the first and second party. <br />7. First party agrees that no other eligible organization <br />shall operate games of chance devices on its premises until <br />
