Both parties agree to comply with all Federal, State <br />and local laws pertaining to the conduct of games of chance, <br />4. First party agrees that only one eligible organization <br />at a time may operate on the above stated premises and that <br />this premises shall be subject to rules provided by time <br />Minnesota State Charitable Gambling Control Board and house <br />rules compatible with Minnesota State Law agreed upon by the <br />first and second party. <br />S. Further, no emplovee nor spouse of an <br />employee of the second party shall participate in the purchase <br />of lawful games of chance at the site herein leased. <br />6.
