0 <br />INFORMATION TO BIDDERS <br />` 1. BID PROCEDURE: F.ach Contractor has been furnished a specification, plan <br />and two extra proposals. In submitting his bid, the Contractor shall bid on <br />the separate Proposal designated "BID COPY" and not in the specification book. <br />+� A sealed envelope shall contain the Proposal. <br />2. PLAN DEPOSIT: <br />A. Prime Contractor; A Prime Contractor may obtain one set of plans and <br />specifications for the deposit as stipulated in the Advertisement for Bids. <br />All of the deposit shall he returned if the Prime Contractor submits a bona - <br />fide bid and returns the plans and specifications in good condition within 15 <br />days after the date set for opening of bids. <br />A Prime Contractor is defined as a general contractor who submits a bona - <br />fide bid or an electrical or mechanical subcontractor who provides a complete <br />sub -bid to more than one general contractor. The general contractors receiv- <br />ing a quotation must be named by the subcontractor with the return of the <br />plans and specifications to be eligible for deposit return. A bid for equip- <br />ment or material only is not considered a complete sub -bid. <br />Prime contractors may obtain more than one set of plans and specifications <br />if necessary, however, no refund will be given for these additional sets. <br />B. Material Supplier: Any material supplier may obtain one set of Plans <br />and specifications for a deposit as stipulated in the Advertisement for Bids. <br />One-half of this amount will he returned if the plans and specifications are <br />returned in good condition witt;in ;5 days after the date set for the opening <br />r <br />of bids. <br />Individual drawingF and sections of the specifications may he purchased at <br />the rate of Five Dollars ($5.00) per sheet of drawings and Twenty Five Cents <br />($0.25) per sheet of specifications for which no refund Shall be made. <br />C.
