As you recall your original motion was to <br />approve the deck as non -hardcover but not allow a variance for <br />the sidewalk and driveway. Since the deck in this instance is <br />not considered hardcover there is no hardcover percentage <br />variance granted, hence a resolution approving a variance would <br />be misleading. <br />Please review the conditions placed on the deck construction <br />and future use of the structure. Do you have any additions or <br />changes you feel are necessary? <br />
