BENS74 - STA'CUS REPORT <br />EMPLOYER CONTRACT City Attorney Ri!1;t) stated that the previously <br />dicsussed employment contract with Mr. Benson is in <br />the process of being finalized and put into <br />conformance with state statutes and regulations. <br />Council reljoeste:] this information before the next <br />Council meeting. <br />RESOLUTION #1724 AMENDING <br />PERSONNEL POLICY City Attorney Radio stated that this resolution <br />•il i. )w.; CI)r .A :li ffe,rent- catagory of City employee <br />known as contract employee, that would be an employee <br />who is appointed for a stated periol of time who <br />shill not: h.r !lijible for any benefits from the City <br />except those required by law or provided for under <br />contract of employment. It also amends Section 5 AC <br />to incorporate contract employees in that Section. <br />Mayor Butler moved, Councilmember Frahm seconded to <br />accept Resolution #1724 Amending Personnel Policy. <br />Motion, Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />
