Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinator <br />Date: February 6, 1985 <br />Subjects Specifications - Single Axle Dump Truck <br />For 1985 the street department budgeted the purchase of one <br />new single axle dump truck, hydraulic sander and snow plow. <br />The dump truck was submitted to Hennepin County Purchasing <br />for bidding through that agency. <br />The bids have been tabulated and it has been determined that <br />the low bidder for a single axle dump truck exceeds the amount <br />that we budgeted. <br />It is my opinion that we can advertise for bids on our own <br />and meet our budget limit. <br />Therefore, I have attached the specifications for Council <br />review and approval and request permission to advertize for one <br />single axle dump truck and hydraulic sander with bid opening on <br />March 15, 1985. <br />
