An extension or early report to a regularly <br />scheduled shift for court appearances does not qualify the <br />employee for the two (2) hour minimum. <br />ARTICLE XIV CALL BACK TIME, <br />An employee who is called to duty during his scheduled off -duty <br />time shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours' pay at one and <br />one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's base pay rate. An extension <br />or early report to a regularly scheduled shift for duty does not <br />qualify the employee for the two (2) hour minimum. <br />ARTICLE XV INSURANCE <br />Effective calendar year 1985, the EMPLOYER will contribute one <br />hundred forty-one dollars and forty-nine cents ($141.49) per month <br />per employee toward health, life, long-term disability insurance <br />and the cost of the single coverage of the group dental insurance <br />plan selected. <br />ARTICLE XVI UNIFORMS <br />The City will provide all City -required uniform articles and <br />equipment. <br />-14- <br />
