Creighton, Legal Counsel <br />II. TREASURERS REPORT <br />The legal counsel's bill was submitted and <br />approved. <br />III. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. The Commission discussed procurement of <br />Errors and Omissions Insurance for the Commission <br />as required by the Joint Powers Agreement. Legal <br />counsel was to look into this and report as to the <br />procedure for securing bids for such insurance at a <br />later meeting. <br />2. A general discussion was held regarding <br />the budget for 1985 and the Executive Committee <br />chaired by Mr. Bauman was to look into development <br />
