MINUTES <br />LAKE MINNETONKA <br />CABLE COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION <br />November 13, 1984 <br />Shorewood City Hall <br />5:30 p.m. <br />I. ROLL CALL <br />Jan Haugen <br />Robin Hoseth <br />David Boorsma <br />Mark Heyne <br />Tom Anderson <br />Frank deMonchaux <br />Ed Bauman <br />Thomas D. Creighton, Legal Counsel <br />No quorum was present. A general discussion was <br />held regarding the Cable Commission.. <br />II. New Business <br />The issue of liability insurance was raised <br />and discussed regarding Errors and Omissions for <br />the Cable Commission. <br />Chair Haugen requested job descriptions of <br />cable administrators from other areas. <br />David Boorsma, Andrea Bassett, Anthony Pini <br />were appointed by the Chair to the Cable Admini- <br />strator Committee. <br />Chair Haugen determined that the Executive <br />Committee would act as the Budget Committee. <br />It was requested that the announcement of the <br />next meeting explain to the Commissioners that <br />there was still significant work to be done <br />administering the franchise and therefore their <br />attendance was important at meetings. <br />It was stressed that all meetings would be <br />held on the second Tuesday of the month and would <br />commence at 5:30 p.m. <br />It was noted that Reid Baker should be deleted <br />from the address list and it was requested that the <br />Victoria Director address be checked. <br />
