IV. General Discussion Regarding Administration: <br />The Commission arrived at a consensus that they needed <br />a cable administrator and someone to take their minutes <br />during their meetings. <br />V. Motion 12.11.84.1. Adopted. Chair Haugen is <br />hereby authorized to hire someone from one of the cities <br />to aid the Commission to get out notices of meetings, to <br />take minutes, and to do other secretarial support for the <br />Commission. VI. The legal counsel for the Commission <br />was requested to set up a meeting with the representatives <br />from Mound, Wayzata, Chanhassen, and Maple Plain, to discuss <br />joint administration of Dowsat systems in the area. <br />VII. Dowsat Report. <br />1. Dowsat has gone over 4,000 subscribed in Lhe area. <br />2. Chanhassen, Victoria and St. Bonifacius can be <br />marketed now. <br />3. Direct sales and installation are progressing. <br />4. Dowsat is shooting for 100 installations a day. <br />5. By next week, Dowsat hopes to have all of its <br />installers in uniform which will include grey <br />jumpsuits and blue hats. Additionally, all in- <br />stallers have picture identifications and name <br />tags. <br />6. Excelsior will be the main studio to start with. <br />They hope to start construction of the studio <br />in January. All other studio locations have been <br />selected. <br />-2- <br />
