MINUTES <br />LAKE MINNETONKA CABLE COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION <br />January 8, 1985 <br />Shorewood City Hall, 5:30 P.M. <br />ATTENDANCE <br />Directors: Jan Haugen, Shorewood <br />Dennis Haggerty, Deephaven <br />Carl Rosen, Spring Park <br />Anthony Pini, Tooke Bay <br />Legal Counsel: Thomas D. Creighton <br />Hennepin County <br />Libraries: Dave Carlson <br />Dowsat: Mary A. Smith <br />A quorum was not present so a general discussion ensued <br />regarding Dowsat's construction and plans for the February <br />meeting. <br />The February meeting was scheduled for February 12, <br />1985, at 5:30 in the Shorewood City offices. Under the <br />new bylaw structure, this meeting with be a meeting of the <br />executive committee. <br />The executive committee includes: <br />Chair - Jan Haugen <br />Vice Chair - vacant <br />Treasurer - Dennis Haggerty <br />Secretary - Jim Hillis <br />Executive committee members at large: <br />Anthony Pini <br />Jim Olds <br />Andrea Bassett <br />
