5 10.20 <br />M. Antenna Structure. One independent antenna <br />structure with antenna or combination of antenna attached thereto, <br />subordinate to and servicing the principal use or structure on the <br />same lot and customarily incidental thereto that is not attached to <br />another structure provided the height of the antenna structure does <br />not exceed 65 feet and the antenna structure is set back from any <br />lot line a distance at least equal to the total height of the <br />antenna structure. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 177 <br />Effective Date: 6-5-75 <br />Subd. 4. Accessory Uses. Within .any "R-lA" One Family <br />Residential District, no accessory structure or use of land shall <br />be permitted except for one or more of the following uses: <br />A. Garages. Private garages and parking space. <br />B. Pools, etc. Private swimming pool, tennis <br />courts, and paddocks. <br />V C. Home Occupations. Any (gainful occupation <br />meeting all of the following requirements when engaged in only by <br />persons residing in their dwelling, when there is no employed <br />assistant, when that occupation is conducted within the principal <br />structure only, when evidence of the occupatior is not visible from <br />the street, no signs other than those permitted in "R" Districts <br />are present, no excessive stock in trade is stared on the premises, <br />over the counter retail sales are not involved, the entrance to the <br />home occupation is gained from within the structure, and the use <br />does not adversely affect the character of the uses permitted in <br />the district in which it is located. A professional person may use <br />his residence for consultation, emergency treatment or performance <br />of religious rites but not for general practice of his profession <br />when such general practice will involve the need for more than <br />three off-street parking spaces for the occupant and visitors. <br />D. Signs. Signs as regulated in the Zoning <br />Chapter. <br />E. Temporary Structures. Buildings temporarily <br />located for purposes of constructing on the premises for a period <br />not to exceed time necessary for such constructing. <br />F. Gardens, etc. Gardening and other horticultural <br />uses including aviaries and decorative landscape features. <br />G. R,arside Stands. One roadside stand offering <br />for sale only farm products produced on the premises provided that <br />such stand does not exceed 200 square feet in area and that it is <br />located at least thirty feet back from the public right-of-way. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 172 <br />Effective Date: 1-1-75 <br />ORONO CC 281 (4-1-84) <br />
