I <br />have enclosed section 10.02 (30) of the Municipal Zoning Codc <br />that sets forth the performance standards definirq an approved <br />level of commercial use under a "home occupation use" in a resi- <br />dential zone. <br />Your family "tree trimming or landscape operation" appears to <br />violate many of those standards. Both Council and staff members <br />continue to receive complaints regarding the degree of noise from <br />that operation and the unsightly condition of your residential <br />lot. <br />Staff will present the photographs taken of your residential <br />property at various times during the last 3 months.
