Mr. Fenholt explained that this action, resulting from the District's appeal for <br />an adjustment in E.A.R.C. valuation, will result in a savings of $36,467 <br />annually to taxpayers in the District, or about 1/3 mill. <br />Don Anderson requested that a letter of thanks be sent to the Hennepin County <br />Assessor for informing us of the School District's right of appeal in this <br />matter. <br />A copy of the following letter to John Molten will be sent to the City of Maple <br />Plain to keep them informed of action the School Board is taking in response to <br />their request. <br />
