MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE <br />BOARD OF MANAGERS OF THE <br />MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />December 20, 1984 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Managers of the <br />Minnehaha Creek Watershed District was called to order by Chairman <br />Cochran at 7!35 p.m. on Thursday, December 20, 1944 at c1Le Wayzata <br />City Hall, Wayzata, Minnesota. <br />Managers present: Andre, Carroll, Cochran, Lehman, <br />McWethy, Spensley and Thomas <br />Also present were board advisors Panzer, Mahady and Macomber. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />The minutes of the special meeting of November 8, 1984 were <br />reviewed. It was moved by Lehman, seconded by Andre that the <br />minutes be approved as distributed. Upon vote, the motion carried. <br />The Managers then reviewed the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of November 15, 1984. It was moved by Andre and seconded <br />by Lehman that the minutes be approved as distributed. Upon vote <br />the motion carried. <br />Approval of Permit Applications <br />The Managers reviewed a memorandum from the Engineer dated <br />December 13, 1984 indicating those applications which comply with <br />the applicable standards of the District and which were <br />recommended for approval on the terms and conditions as set forth <br />in the written memorandum. It was moved by Thomas, seconded by <br />Lehman that t:.e following permit applications be approved subject <br />to all terms and conditions as set forth in the Engineer's writte? <br />memorandum: <br />83-112 City of Minnetonka/Minnesota DOT - I-394 freeway and <br />interchange construction project, Sec. 4, T.H. 12 <br />between T.H. 101 and I-494, Minnetonka. <br />83-126 Minnesota Department of Transportation - reconstruction <br />of the Cedar Avenue -Lake Nokomis bridge, Sec. 13CCC, <br />24BBB, Minneapolis. <br />
