Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinator <br />DATE: January 24, 1985 <br />SUBJECT: u3rk and Planning Commission Appointments and Interviews <br />At the January 3, 1985, Council meeting the City Council directed <br />staff to present information to Council by January 14th regarding <br />policy for appointing and reappointing commission members. The <br />Council's reason for requesting this information was to determine <br />the number of terms a commission member was allowed to serve. <br />All information was presented to Council at the January 14th <br />Council meeting, but due to the lateness of the meeting the <br />matter was tabled until the January 28th meeting. <br />The following person is scheduled for reappointment: <br />J.
