City Of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />e <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1109 AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br />DEPOSITORIES TO ACCEPT MACHINE - SIGNED SIGNATURES ON CITY <br />CHECKS, DRAFTS, AND OTHER ORDERS <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota, that all designated depositories of the City are <br />authorized and directed to honor checks, drafts, or other orders <br />drawn in the name of the City when bearing the single hand <br />written signatures of the Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer, or City <br />Administrator if the instrument is for less than $5,000; and the <br />hand written signatures of three of the following if the <br />instument is for more than $5,899: Mayor or Acting Mayor, City <br />Administrator, Treasurer, or Deputy Treasurer. <br />Adopted by the City Council of t•a City of Orono, Minnesota at a <br />reqular .meting held on January 28, 1985. <br />-------------- <br />Maiy .;. 9nC e[, Mayoi <br />ATTF.0 T: <br />Dorothy M.
