Ci:..:"IL MEE= <br />City Of ORONO JAN 2 81985 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL GPE i OF ORM <br />NO. <br />RESOLUTION TO AMEND ORONO'S <br />PERSONNEL POLICY REGARDING DEFINITION <br />PROVISION OF BENEFITS FOR CONTRACT EMPLOYEES <br />WHEREAS, the Orono City Council has determined it is in <br />the best interests of the City to amend the City of Orono's <br />administrative organization, also known as the City of Orono's <br />personnel policy, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono adds Section VIII, H -- 'Contract Employee" <br />means an employee who is appointed for a stated time period who <br />shall not be eligible for any benefits from the City except those <br />required by law or provided for in their contract of employment, <br />and amends Section 5.A.C. shall read as follows: "Consultants, <br />contract employees and others rendering temporary professional <br />services." <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held on January 28, 1985. <br />Mary C.
