This is the first time in the history of <br />the City of Orono that the revenues exceeded the expenditures. <br />This is due partially to the Earmit issued to the Spring Hill <br />Center for $14,739 and seven permits issued for an average of <br />$1,804 per permit. <br />Conditional Use, Variances and Divisions are down by 71. <br />
