PAGE l <br />ATTENDANCE 7:30 I'M The Planning Commission met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Chairperson Goetten, <br />Callahan, McDonald, Kell--v. Adams, Sime and Rovegno. <br />Council Representative Adams arrived at 7-33 p.m. <br />Zoning Administrator Gaffron, Recorder Sut,,n, and <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth arrived at 7:40 p.m. to <br />represented the City staff. <br />11849 I.D. CAPLES <br />VACATION OF A PORTION OF <br />PARK AVENUE <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />7:30 - 7:33 PM I.D. Caples and attorney, Ann Schulz, were present. <br />Assistant Zoning Administrator Gaffron noted the <br />certificate of mailing and the affidavit of <br />publication. <br />Rovegno moved, Kelley seconded, to approve the partial <br />vacation of Park Avenue subject to the Public works <br />Coordinator and City Engineer to review this <br />application and applicant showingall hardcoveron the <br />survey.
