City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED tha+ the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby denies the appeals application of John <br />Ericson that sought to e:-empt the division of applicant's legally <br />combined lots from the customary performance standards set forth <br />in trn-,ubdivision regulations and zoning code of the City based <br />on one or more of the following findings: <br />FINDINGS <br />1.
