Gaffron, Assistant Zoning Administrator <br />Date: January 10, 1985 <br />Subject: #881, Krutzig Custom Homes, Inc., 1629 Bohns Point Road <br />Variance - Additional Review Request - Information Item <br />Synopsis - At your December 10, 1984 meeting, Council directed <br />staff to prepare a resolution of denial of the proposed hardcover <br />variances to construct a deck and extensive driveway in excess o` <br />the 25% hardcover allowance. Applicant has submitted further <br />information on this deck and hardcover in general, and requests <br />your additional review. The attached information is for you to <br />consider over the next two weeks. Glen Cook has not had a chance <br />to review it as of this writing, so we have scheduled this for <br />review at the January 28th meeting. <br />Brie-ly, I think the proposal is technically sound but presents <br />some administrative/enforcement problems. Perhaps you would like <br />to refer this back to the Planning Commission for further study. <br />
