J. Lee, Vern Genzlinger, the former <br />Chief Design Engineer, was appointed as the new Associate County Administrator <br />and County Engineer for the Bureau of Public Service. Ted Hoffman was subsequently <br />selected as the new Chief Design Engineer for the Department of Transportation. <br />Ted's responsibility is specifically to supervise the preparation of plans and <br />specifications for our Highway Capital Improvement Program and to secure approval <br />from municipalities and other agencies as required by law.
