Gerhardson, Public Works Coordinato CITY OF ORONO <br />Date: January 9, 1985 <br />Subject: Revised Agreement Wright Hennepin Cooperative Electric <br />In 1979, the City of Orono entered into an agreement with <br />Wright Hennepin Coop Electric for the installation and service of <br />street lighting in the areas of Orono that are serviced by Wright <br />Hennepin Coop Electric Association. <br />Wright Hennepin has submitted a revised agreement for our <br />review and Council approval. <br />City Attorney, Tom Radio and I have reviewed the agreement <br />and have determined that the only changes in the agreement are <br />for, a rate increase in electricity, ornamental lighting, and <br />repairs to street lights in the event that there is vandalism. <br />Therefore, it is our recommendation to approve the agreement <br />with Wright Hennepin Cooperative. <br />At the present time, there is one street light in Orono <br />that has been installed and serviced by Wright Hennepin, that <br />being at the intersection of McCully Road and 3ayside Road. <br />
