The cost to the City of Orono is as <br />follows: <br />Base fee <br />$3,000.00 <br />41 employees x $35.00 per person 1,435.00 <br />search and screening of consultant 200.00 <br />$4,635.00 <br />I have estimated the cost to be between $4,000 to $5,000 in my <br />memo of December 5, 1984. <br />
