On jobs where more than one piece of equipment is to be rented, the City <br />reserves the rightto rent all the equipment from one bidder in which <br />case the combined rental rates will determine the successful <br />contractor. <br />METHOD OF PAYMENT: Payment shall be made at the bid price per hour of <br />rental. The contractor shall not be paid for time on the job when his <br />equipment is not operating. Moving time to and from the site is <br />considered as incidental to the work and no additional payment will be <br />made for moving. If it is necessary to move the equipment -curing the <br />rental period, it will be paid for at the same hourly rental rate. <br />Equipment will be rented for a minimum of four (4) hours at one time. <br />BID SCHEDULE F014 FURNISHING MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT <br />Date: <br />To the City of Orono, Minnesota: <br />The undersigned, as bidder, has examined the specifications and <br />instructions, and proposes to furnish and, where noted, deliver the <br />following materials and equipment to the City of Orono at the following <br />prices. ;It is agreed that the prices as stated below shall remain in <br />effect_ until December 11, 1985 or until such a later date as may be <br />mutually agreed upon by the City and the bidder.
