This is a decrease of <br />1.38% from the <br />average. We will receive the November and <br />December <br />1984 <br />collections in February, 1985. Those collections <br />shoild increase <br />the total for the 1984 year to about 96%. <br />STATE AID <br />The local government aid has been 100% cullec.ted <br />except for <br />198 <br />and 1982.
