As such, the Kaul proposal would lend <br />a distinctly charminq ring to this community. <br />The property in question is certainly in need of restoration and <br />would obviously widen the tax base in the community, which would <br />be advantageous both esthetially and financially. <br />The petitioners, Tom and Kristi Kaul, in my experience, have proven <br />themselves to be responsible taxpayers in the Lake Minnetonka area, <br />with a flair and feel for renovation arr(i <br />Please accept this letter as a hearty endorsement for this aropcsal. <br />Sincerely, <br />Ronald C.
