The second floor which has six bedrooms and two baths woula be <br />available for house guests. We would only use five of the rooms <br />for house guests. We plan house guests mainly on the weekenas j <br />with some weekday house ;uests during the summer mornths inay j <br />thru September. <br />3. The first floor kitchen, living room, dining; room, and porch woul:; <br />be shared by our family and house guests. <br />4. A hearty continental breakfast would be served to house guests <br />with fresh coffee, tea, lemonade, etc. available to guests at all <br />times. (No alcholic beverages) <br />5. we would have five off street parking; spots behind the garage anc: <br />on the south side of the water tower. natural screening of <br />buildings and vegetation exizt so cars woula not be seen by <br />neighbors or passersby. <br />a. Laundry would be taken off the premises for launder-Ing, Only <br />a few personal items would be launderea, i.e. bao;,I clothes. <br />7. The house nas 3.1 acres and a septic System. Jur planned use <br />would be for eight people per day. (The Andersons who occu}.ie(i <br />the house for the past 32 years had a family of eight.) Wo are <br />willing to do whatever to the sewage that neeas to be done in o:---:c•^ <br />to not endanger the land, lake, or neighbors. <br />6. The need for a sign for the nlin is unnecessar;; . Our mail b-);; wttr, <br />our name ana address would be enough to let oLr guests enow -.hC; <br />have found where they are doing;. <br />y. The yard would be usea by house guests for walks. playin6 cro,4%..st, <br />or sitting in a lounge chair with a glass of lemonade watchinjs the <br />day go by. The yard would be used by our family ana children for <br />play. <br />11. 'There are codes from the State of Minnesota which blob's follow <br />to insure the safety ana welfare of their house guests. We woulu <br />follow these safety moues. <br />12. We would not have any employees. <br />
