Fifteen (15) feet would be <br />available to my client Mr. Caples. <br />It is my understanding that you do not need the additional fifteen feet in <br />order to have a buildable site. However, as you know, it would greatly im- <br />prove my client's position if he could acquire "ycur" fifteen feet of the <br />vacated Avenue. <br />I belie•►e the square footage for the 15 feet adjacent to Lots 15, 16, 17 and <br />18 is 3142.95. When Mr. Caples acquired Lot 10 and part of Lot 9 in August <br />1983, he paid approximately 29C per square foot. Consequently, I am authorized <br />to offer to you $ 911.46 (ie. 3142.96 X $ .29) as a sales price for the 3142.96 <br />square feet now belonging to you and to Mr. Campbell. <br />As a planning commission meeting is scheduled for July 16, 1984, I would <br />appreciate your immediate attention. <br />Thanks very much. <br />Yours very truly, <br />Ann C.
